PETSC

Introduction

PETSc, pronounced PET-see (the S is silent), is a suite of data structures and routines for the scalable (parallel) solution of scientific applications modelled by partial differential equations. It supports MPI, and GPUs through CUDA or OpenCL, as well as hybrid MPI-GPU parallelism.

Build Details

This version uses an out-of-date version of MLNX_OFED and should not be used. The module will be withdrawn in future.

This is a reference build, not linked to the huge number of libraries (75) that provide optimised numerical methods and I/O.
